No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Jaguars.

The Jaguars treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending Round 5, Pick 19 on Trey Knox a full 30 spots early.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up. Getting Murphy II where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
