Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Antwaun Powell-Ryland at slot 211 is 40 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

The Jaguars indulged a want in Smith while a need in linebacker, quarterback and other spots stayed open. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
