The Jaguars clearly saw something nobody else did in DeMonte Capehart, taking him 72 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

The Williams pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
