The Jaylin Simpson pick is the one that will follow the Jaguars into the fall. They took him 21 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The safety hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
