For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Jaguars walked out of the weekend still thin at offensive lineman, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.

That Nolen pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They will need Howard to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
