Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. They will need Pegues to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In the end, one you will need a couple of seasons to truly judge.
