The Jets bet the future on Mendoza. The board says B.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Jets' quarterback, full stop. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

They are betting Hall proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Spending an early pick on linebacker with edge rusher open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

Sadiq at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
