Somebody in No. 145 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Commanders sat still while Keyron Crawford, the No. 124 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with tight end chief among the fixes. The back end got a real overhaul.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
