The board owed the Bills one, and it paid up: Michael Taaffe, the No. 69 name on the board, sitting there at the Round 3 slot like a gift left on the doorstep.

The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
