The Bengals kept it disciplined and banked a B-.

There is reaching, and then there is Austin Barber at pick No. 72. The Bengals jumped the board by 25 and dared it to prove them wrong.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. The Allen pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
