The Titans checked most of the boxes and earned a B.

The war room fell hard for Barryn Sorrell, and it showed at pick 162: 165 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

They banked enough surplus on Henderson to cover a lot of smaller sins. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Their trades came out a wash either way.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
