Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Isaiah Neyor got past him. The Texans do not have to explain a thing at the 239th pick. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They are betting Barrett proves the room right and everyone else wrong. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
