Call it larceny. Devin Neal sat on the board until the 215th overall pick, and the Chargers did not need to be asked twice.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The cost of the Monangai reach is exactly the players who went right after him.
