Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Dolphins were there to profit. Omarr Norman-Lott, the No. 71 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 98. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

Reaching for Conner left real value on the table behind him. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Adding O'Cyrus Torrence by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.
