You could see the war room lean forward. Jordan Morgan at the Round 3 slot is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
