The Commanders lost the trade table, and the D+ tells the story.

The Commanders spent real capital to be 67 picks early on Cameron Ball, and the board is going to hold them to it. The process wobbled, and the D+ is where it lands.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Cooper Jr. pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
