The Jowon Briggs pick is the one that will follow the Bengals into the fall. They took him 45 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. On value alone, Milton makes the weekend a net positive.
