The Frank Crum selection is the head-turner. The Colts reached 60 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D+ is the result.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.
