A respectable, level-headed haul for the 49ers: B.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the 49ers spent pick 133 on Nadame Tucker, a name most had 35 spots down the list.

However the rest shakes out, Thieneman at that price is a win they earned. The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.

They reached a country mile for Treydan Stukes at Round 4, Pick 38, and the board is aghast. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.

They read the board right and Ted Hurst was the payoff at the 171st overall pick. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
