The Broncos did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Kaleb Johnson fell into slot 85.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss. Job largely done: linebacker settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
