Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Chargers were there to profit. Devin Neal, the No. 84 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 208th overall pick.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
