Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Saints spent the 131st overall pick on Isaac TeSlaa, a name the board had a full 108 spots lower.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. However the rest shakes out, Winston Jr. at that price is a win they earned.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.

In No. 26 they get a security blanket over the middle, outstanding value to boot. A real need, handled.
