The Bears did not so much draft Braelon Allen as overpay for him, 32 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Fisher at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
