The Bears spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Chris Paul Jr., the No. 118 name on the board, in slot 203.

Every board in the league had Walker lower, and that gap is the story. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
