The Bills got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-.

Somebody took the Bills to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. If Randolph Jr. pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, linebacker very much included.

No drama and no debate, Jackson Powers-Johnson went about where he belonged in the 28th overall pick. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
