After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Browns committed. Fernando Mendoza is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They will need Masses to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.
