The Raiders finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a D.

The Raiders looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Bud Clark at slot 68 regardless, 115 picks early.

They have staked the next five years on LaNorris Sellers, which is the only story that really matters here. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere.

The Omosigho pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher, wide receiver and other spots still on the board. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
