If confidence were a draft strategy, the Ravens would have aced it. Eric O'Neill at pick 152 is 55 spots clear of where he belonged. A D that will need time and luck to look better.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Cooper Jr. at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.
