Somebody took the Chiefs to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

They will answer for taking cornerback early while quarterback went begging. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Sadiq.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
