The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Bears reached some 48 spots for Nick Martin, and value like that does not grow back. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Henderson falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
