The Browns looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Jamaree Caldwell at the 202nd overall pick regardless, 130 picks early.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Rourke. They have staked the next five years on Cam Ward, which is the only story that really matters here.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
