Nobody else had Joe Huber anywhere near pick No. 195. The Bengals did, by 123 spots, and that gap is the whole story. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

They banked enough surplus on Johnson to cover a lot of smaller sins. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up.
