The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Broncos watched Donovan Jackson slide 39 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Every board in the league had Johnson lower, and that gap is the story.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
