The Chiefs let Restrepo fall into their laps, and walked away with a C.

Somebody took the Chiefs to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C in the wash.

However the rest shakes out, Restrepo at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They will need Crawford to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Mike Evans gives the group a proven body among the projects.

The verdict is a shrug for now, with the swing picks left to write the real ending.
