The Commanders spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Justin Scott, the No. 22 name on the board, in No. 61. It holds up to a second look, which is why it earns the A-.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want. The Commanders clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.
