A solid, sensible weekend for the Rams: B. The Rams clearly saw something nobody else did in Sam Hartman, taking him 42 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The bottom line is a respectable B.
That Colson pick is the receipt they will wave around later. Spending an early pick on cornerback with safety and running back open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.
That safety hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the safety spot they never got to.
