The Broncos answered their biggest question with Daniels. Grade: F.

The Broncos put a flag in the ground for Dallin Holker, 69 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit. A F, plain and simple.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. Whatever Jayden Daniels becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it.

Getting Jones where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

There is no soft landing here: they fought the board and left linebacker open, and the grade is the bill.
