The Raiders finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B-.

The search is over. The Raiders handed the keys to Fernando Mendoza, and the whole operation now runs on his development. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They will need Freeling to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Rivers value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
