A costly weekend of dealing drags the Ravens to a D.

You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Ravens did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high.

Reaching for Gentry left real value on the table behind him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Miller.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
