Draft Grade — Ravens
Overall B
ValueB- NeedB TradesA+ FutureD
Nobody dealt better than the Ravens this weekend: B.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Ravens came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.

If Zuhn III pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. On value alone, Banks makes the weekend a net positive.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.

Pick Analysis
Pick45 Rnd2 Caleb Banks
Caleb Banks in pick 45 is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick47 Rnd2 Emmanuel Pregnon
They paid sticker price for Emmanuel Pregnon in the 47th overall pick, and that is fine. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick62 Rnd2 Malachi Fields
A reach for Malachi Fields in slot 62; a little patience would have been rewarded. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick152 Rnd5 Davison Igbinosun
Nothing to complain about; Davison Igbinosun went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick160 Rnd5 Oscar Delp
Oscar Delp in the 160th pick is the kind of reach that only looks good if he outplays it. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick172 Rnd5 Charles Jagusah
Charles Jagusah at No. 172 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick173 Rnd5 Trey Zuhn III
Trey Zuhn III at the Round 5 slot is a steep price for a hunch, hard to square with any board. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick249 Rnd7 Micah Morris
A market-rate offensive lineman, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Micah Morris. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick252 Rnd7 Eric Gentry
A reach on Eric Gentry in the 252nd pick; the board had better options right there. A minor itch, scratched.
