Good, not great, for the Commanders: B. Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Commanders spent the 207th overall pick on Phillip Webb, a name the board had a full 133 spots lower. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
They banked enough surplus on Thornton Jr. to cover a lot of smaller sins. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
