Thirty-one other rooms let Mason Graham slide, and the Cowboys were the ones holding the card at slot 46. Highway robbery. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They will need Vann to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
