Call it larceny. Jaylin Noel sat on the board until No. 149, and the Cowboys did not need to be asked twice. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The Parr pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. They trusted the board more than the depth chart.
