If confidence were a draft strategy, the Cowboys would have aced it. Jasheen Davis at the 239th pick is 116 spots clear of where he belonged. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

That Shough pick is the receipt they will wave around later. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
