The Cowboys fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+.

There is reaching, and then there is Barryn Sorrell at pick 152. The Cowboys jumped the board by 144 and dared it to prove them wrong. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

However the rest shakes out, Starks at that price is a win they earned. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
