For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Browns walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
