Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Elijah Simmons at Round 7, Pick 30 is 171 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.

That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The Texans indulged a want in Stover while a need in running back, edge rusher and other spots stayed open.

In the end, one you will need a couple of seasons to truly judge.
