Thirty-one other rooms let Mason Taylor slide, and the Saints were the ones holding the card at pick 112. Highway robbery. The bottom line is a respectable B.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
