The tape said wait; the Panthers did not. Trey Moore went at the Round 5 slot, a good 118 picks before the board was ready. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Getting Marks where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
