The Steelers did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

The curious call sets the tone. With quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots still glaring, the Steelers used the Round 3 slot on Joe Otting, an offensive lineman they were not exactly short of.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Safety is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
